When I was a kid I remember seeing a really goofy horror film about a killer elevator. It was called "The Lift" I think.
I wonder if Brad would be willing to touch on some animated movies. "Fritz the Cat" comes to mind as an obvious choice. Also, and I know it's considered a classic, but you gotta admit he could probably get some good material from "Heavy Metal".
I think on another post, someone brought up Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires, I'd 2nd that one as well. Hell, he could probably do a whole themed month on crappy Dracula movies. I also remember a very strange one called "Andy Worhol's Dracula", of which I'm pretty sure Worhol had nothing to do with.
I'd like to see more of those low rent fantasy films as well. Spoony already got Yor, and Cinamasacure did the Deathstalker series, although I guess any one of those could get a closer look.
How about the old "Faces of Death" tapes? They're really not movies with a coherent story, but they're pretty obviously staged, and are kind of legendary. In a similar vein there's the Japanese "Guinea Pig" movies. Hmmm, and following the mindless gore theme, I wonder if Nine Inch Nails' "Broken Movie" comes in before his cut off.

Have a few I'd like to recommend, most if not all public domain:
Messiah of Evil. Because it's a very strange movie. That's the best way to describe it. Pseudo-experimental zombie/devil/mindfuck-movie from the 70's.
Sorority Babes in the Dance-A-Thon of Death. Awesome title, shot-on-video garbage. It was released by Pendulum Pictures recently, so you know it's good. Released in 1991 and... Well... Let's just say it has a partyscene where they forgot to add the music in post-production. It's a really... really bad movie. Personally I had fun watching it with a friend just from a fact at how bad the movie is. It's an easy comedy-target but one that should be done. Here's the imdb-page. It's... It's a special kind of movie.
Also Naked Massacre(a.ka. Born From Hell), a movie that is... actually really good. I say anyway. About a vietnam veteran taking out his frustration on a boarding-house full of nurses in Ireland. It's good exploitation-y fun says I.

Time to Kill. No not A time to kill starring Samuel L. Jackson i'm talking about Guiliano Montaldo's made for tv movie Time to Kill starring best actor in the world Nicolas Cage. Do this for a Snob video, please don't do it on The Forgotten Nic Cage.

I guess that this movie would be best for the cinema snob
What happens when a porno director decides to make a gore film! Yup, you get Carnival of Blood, a low-budget, misogynistic sleazie shot on location at Coney Island with a cast that seems to be ad-libbing each and every line of dialogue in a threadbare plot about a crazed killer whose goal is to rid the world of annoying women in ways that would make Herschell Gordon Lewis smile. Tom (bald EARLE EDGERTON, who also plays the horny thrift store owner in Andy Milligan's Fleshpot on 42nd Street) runs a game booth at Coney: "Break a balloon, win a baboon!" Sharing his tiny booth is a disfigured hunchback name "Gimpy" who's played by BURT YOUNG. (Yes that Burt Young. The guy who play Paulie in the Rocky movies. Here he's billed as "John Harris" in what is undoubtedly his first film.) Claire, Annoying Woman #1, comes to Tom's booth with her boyfriend, Harry, whom she bitches to at full volume. Having just visited a gypsy fortune teller who tells Claire that she has no future, Claire makes life miserable at Tom's booth before taking a spook house ride that ends with her head getting cut off. - Something Weird

Long time fan and first time posting. Well my suggestion for a review would be a Japanese film from the late 1960's. Called Blind Beast, the Original movie not the ass raping so called sequel Blind Beast vs Red Dwarf. I seriously do not wish that movie upon anyone OK Maybe Film Brain but I digress. This film I found several years ago during a bout of insomnia and flipping through the channels I came across it. When I moved and went to a local video shop two years later I just had to grab it and add it to my collection. The truth about this movie you Love to hate it or Hate the fact that you love it. Its based on a set of horror novels written in the 1950's , but this film focuses on the last victim. A young controversial model who is very self absorbed and bratty who's motives are a bit shallow to say the least. I have not ran across a version of the film that is dubbed but I often like reading anything with subtitles. The movie itself gives a lovely insight to when a person can devolve and how unusual their wants and desires can be when challenged and the mind is open to new experiences. Its a Pseudo sexual thriller with BDSM twits and throwing off a bit or Philosophical aspects to try and get you distracted from facts of the storyline.

A bitchy 10-year-old, Jamie, finds a giant pit inhabited by a race of ewok-like creatures he names "Tra-la-logs". Almost instantly in his sick twisted little shit of a brain, he decides to use this discovery to "get rid of the bad guys" or in layman's terms ..........to throw innocent vitcims down a 10 ft shaft so they can feasted on by zombie ewoks!!!!! and just because they crossed the little guy's Hitler-esqe mental complex. This Shit-O-Vision canadian classic, THE PIT{1981}, deserves a good snobbing.
On the other hand, 1982's TRICKS-0R-TRICKS( no not the rock one that's '86) stands as the most blatant rip on Halloween than any of the generic slashers it 'inspired'. There's no cover up here, just the raping of the material of a superior film, SNOB PLZ!!!

I'll co-sign on the Faces of Death review, definitely for the nostalgia and the sheer controversy and popularity, due to the appeal to the base curiousity of movie rental audience of the late 80s.
And the Lift (1983). Ah, I remember this. They had me when i saw the artwork on the VHS cover. This is perfect for Cinema Snobbery. Drab lead hero? Check. Ridiculous premise? Check. Several creative deaths by elevator? Check. I vote for this one, too.

I like that, too. Why not Mondo Month? The Snob could kind of like the original Mondo Cane, since it's European and artsy, but then be thrown into the world of the really bad knockoffs.

Ah man, a Snob review of the FOD series would be full of win!
In terms of "is it fake or is it real", the first two, at the very least, attempted to make their scenes look real...by the fourth one, they weren't even *trying* to make it look real and it ventured into an all "reenacted/staged" kinda thing.

I think the Snob should do at least a few Billy Blanks movies. Maybe that one that was a huge Karate Kid rip-off. With Billy Blanks playing the role of Mr. Miyagi. Or TC 2000 were Billy stars with Bolo Yeung in a post Apocalyptic world. I still don't get how a B-Movie action star all of a sudden became a multi-millionare from workout videos.
I also remember Destroyer staring former NFL DE Lyle Alzado. He played an serial killer killing an film crew in an old prison. Kind of a fun movie.
