Nah, I'll vouch for you on that movie being a piece of shit. I just know a lot of people who loved it. I thought it was boring, everyone tells me that I just like loud comedies and can't appreciate dry humour. Quite the opposite, but there's a difference between "Dry Humour" and "No humour."

| Napoleon Dynamite was one of those movies that was quoted to death for like a year or two, but now it's pretty much turned into one of those cases where it stopped being funny quoting it and now you just get stares of annoyance when you *do* quote it (see also Powers, Austin.) | |

Also: Heartbeeps Feeders (Both of them) Napoleon Dynamite (I'm gunna get flamed for including this, aren't I? The Curse of Count Chocula (I WANTED TO LOVE THIS D: The name made it sound like it would be a "So bad it's good." Shame it was a genuine bad bad.)

I dug it as well, but I can see it not being a movie for everyone. The fact that is caught on the way it did is actually pretty surprising.

Are you talking about the series in general, or the first one? Because the first one, I believe, is underquoted.

| If it's not too late, I'd like to add Crash (not Chronenberg's, the 2005 one by Paul Haggis). | |

Ahh yes, Crash. I barely remember it enough to really judge it, but there's one reason it brings up a bloody nasty memory; I watched it for some human rights class where the teacher turned out to have no concept of human rights going apeshit the moment someone mentioned Pink Floyd's "The Wall" satirizing riots and skinheads and she went on a bent saying how hateful it was. Then, she went doubly batshit and proved she had no concept of human rights with this bit: A student recommended "Schindler's List." She went on to say it was a horrible film because it promoted anti-antisemitism by having Nazis in it and that Spielberg had probably never met a Jew. I fought pretty hard to cancel that class seeing as the "teacher" had no brain; and yet Crash was propaganda to her so despite not recalling anything, I'm biased against it because of the headache she gave me. I'll actually say, slightly unrelated, that even though Cronenberg is my favourite director; his Crash is actually one of my least favourites of his. I like it - but I think maybe giving the old leg wound some loving really bothered me; and not in the way I usually like movies from Croneyboig to bother me. - Frank Rizzo wrote:

| Alright then, the "brackets" are now set up. With 21 movies nominated, plus 3 added in to make it an even 24, I put the names of the movies in a hat and picked them out for the matchups, so we have:
1. The Curse of Count Chocula 2. Liquid Sky
3. Ishtar 4. Juno
5. Avatar 6. Crash
7. Cabaret 8. Jason Goes to Hell
9. Feeders 10. Little Fockers
11. Freddy Vs Jason 12. From Justin to Kelly
13. Twilight 14. Howard the Duck
15. Birdemic 16. Heartbeeps
17. Dinner for Schmucks 18. Lady in the Water
19. Pay it Forward 20. Napoleon Dynamite
21. The Shining 22. After Last Season
23. Waking Life 24. Anug Magillicutty
To make a long story short, everyone give your votes for this first round, the "winners" go on until we have a winner.

Your supposed to vote on all, other wise this doesn't work. All you need is the one you choose as winner. I'll put up my vote in a couple of minutes. I am assuming we are to pick the one we feel is the worst of the two.
