Dragonslayer If you are confirmed, would you maybe be willing to pass this turn on to me, or do you want to take another one? I was actually going to guess but arrived too late to see the shot and I know you said you were gunna wait for another player at first.

| I want to say "Raise the Red Lantern," but I'm pretty sure that's wrong. | |

Yep. That'd be wrong. Hint 1: It is one of only a small handful of live action movies from the director, who primarily works in animation.

Yarrr. Also it was hard to find a screenshot that didn't show a Kerberos soldier which would've been way too fucking Blatant, unless some guy came in, confused it for the VG Screenshot game and said "Killzone." That was nerdy of me to say, wasn't it? D'oh well.

| Cool. I wasn't 100% sure on that one. But the animation clue pretty much gave it away. New clue. | |

New clue.
Yeh, the hint was a little strong - but once again, I was trying to find a way to allude to that fact withow showing a Kerberos soldier or saying "It was later remade into an anime and based on a manga" since that'd be doubly blatant. I'm not sure what that is, waiting for someone else to guess anyways; but the actor in the car is damn familiar. Bugs me when I see familiar faces, cause I'm too lazy to remember actors names 99.9% of the time (I usually focus on the actual filmmakers...)

| Well, that's clearly Willem Dafoe, but I can't place the film. Doesn't help that Dafoe has not aged in twenty years. I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say... Light Sleeper. | |

You can only guess one film per turn. But I will tell you that it is neither this time.

If it's a Willem DaFoe movie from the 80's....then yeah, that's where I'm guessing from..... um...New York Nights?

| Again, no to all.
This movie is not a period piece. It is set in the time it was made.

| If it's not a period piece, then the only movie left, I think, is The Hunger...

Now I feel stupid. DaFoe is one of the actors I can recognize, usually.
