50% of me wants to say I've never heard of it until last night when I was doing some Googling, but the other 50% of me wants to say that I've seen it - but remember nothing about it. Probably the simple fact that despite having no Nazi imagery, the first screenshot you posted immediately, in my mind, said to me "Hey didn't that guy play a Nazi?" Which is a rather queer coincidence. It was actually kind of fun googling based on the images and the clue you gave because I found some crazy stuff. I actually laughed my arse off when I found a video where Hitler appears.... in *wait for it* *cue drumroll* *3, 2, 1* DragonBall Z. And not added in by some fan, he literally appears in DragonBall Z. He wears a funny oversized hat and purple clothing, and has the worst English dubbed German accent I have ever heard. It's funny though, especially the "I should be recruiting zem!" line.
Either way I might check "Snide and Prejudce" out, the name alone made me smile and it seems you & I often have similar taste in film.
Now, Screenshot time - from a movie that makes me want to re-enact the final scene of "Antropophagus" upon myself.

That Dragonball Z clip is a trip. The animation is awful.
You have got to see Snide And Prejudice, it is one of the most unique films I have seen in years. Let me know when you do, I would love to hear what you thought of it.
