Does Brad really have epilepsy & a fear of flying as mentioned on Snob episodes?

I've heard Brad mention in his early episodes of the Cinema Snob & other series that he's epileptic (mention in the "Turkish Star Wars" review) & has a fear of flying (mentioned in "Stewardesses 3-D" review).
Does this mean that he can't watch certain type of movie or go to a concert with flashing lights because of his epilepsy?
And is his fear of flying a possible reason why he can't make it to certain conventions in the country?
Is what he is really saying true?
If so, I'd like to wish him good health.

Well he never did review Enter The Void now did he (honestly though, judging by what he thought of the Maniac remake with it's POV camera gimmick i don't think he'd like the movie anyway)?

After seeing the trailer, I can both easily see why Brad won't do a review of it & why the film never made it's budget back.
PS, it also gave me a headache.

Since the film was shot in the infamous Kabukicho red-light district in Shinjuku, Tokyo, the producers also had to have agreements with the Yakuza before filming on-set locations.

But I don't have a fear of MOVIES with flying in them. I saw Final Destination, Fearless, Alive, and Flight in the theater; they're suspenseful, but they're supposed to be. And they're just movies, it's not the same as actually being 5 miles up in the sky. I wouldn't want to be in the middle of a shootout either, but I don't care when it's on tv.

I don't have a fear of flying since I've been traveling since I was a kid.
But as a 6-foot plus tall adult, but I still get sweaty palms whenever I try to walk across a bridge that's 60-feet high with a 4-foot railing.
I also don't suffer from epilepsy sine I've spent half my life watching a ton of anime growing up, been to a lot of raves at anime conventions & a bunch of Marilyn Manson & KMFDM concerts with strobe lights on stage.
And just as a precaution for anyone with epilepsy, stay as far away as you possibly can from the banned episode of Pokemon since it sent 685 viewers in Japan straight to the hospital.

I do feel kind of woozy whenever I see movies in the theater with that stupid shaky camera effect.
In the meantime, I would like Brad to stay healthy, safe & have lots of fun watching movies for reviews in the near future.

well i'm also epileptic and have been since birth actually. and i also take tegratol which spelling i ruined. funny enough i don't like heights but i am able to ride airplanes and also ride rollercoasters that can be pretty damn high.

if memory serves me right Brad also has said that numerous times when he's just himself in various video's.

but one thing that doesn't bother me that gets to him though is flashing lights. that i think effects him more than it does me. i also have to laugh at video games that warn people who are epileptic on how the flashing in games can give seizures. don't get me wrong the warning i'm glad it's there cause it no doubt does bother some people.

but i think it's funny cause for me the warning is pretty useless for me. you see i have to have some kind of sense of humor about being epileptic. it's better than having it control my life more than it already does ya know?
