It's weird but it seems to me that I'm being followed by two songs in the last recent time.
Both are German. One is from an animated movie from 1990 (so it's from my childhood years although I watched it for the first time just a few days ago) called "Peter in Magicland" (original title: "Peterchens Mondfahrt"). The movie is mediocre, some bits are pointless, others are again charming. One of the best things, however, is the soundtrack by Klaus Doldinger (who created other soundtracks like "The Neverending Story" and "Das Boot"). And the ending song about travelling to the moon is quite cheesy but also nice to listen to and nostalgic:
And this one is one of the biggest WTF songs in the last time for me. I actually only got to know this by a parody last weekend. But how can you make a parody out of THAT? To me it's the German Univore: it's a young guy named Mördan singing about the tragic loss of his guitar and how he has to find it and that he would die for his guitar. It's not what I would call a good song but potential and, in a way, fascinating. Oh god...
