| A little over a week ago I saw Brad's review of Heartbeeps. And somewhere in the review he said something like this (many spoilers about the new star trek movie below): - Spoiler:
"they utilized the ending of [something] better than Star Trek Into Darkness used the ending of Wrath of Khan"
Or something similiar to that was said.
I got angry, wrote a stupid angry message, and left. I hoped that it was a minor thing in the ending of wrath of khan.... but not the fucking arc of the the movie, which i feared, and had instantly imagined when brad mentioned it in the hearbeeps-review.
And when i saw the ending of the new star trek movie, i just immediately was filled with anger, because (please dont read this if you have not seen the new star trek movie) they mimic the ending of wrath of khan, just with reversed: Kirk going into the warp engine, almost dying of radiation, kirk and spock "holding hands" on the glass, and the shouting of "KHAN!!!!".
So it was a real fucking spoiler brad, thanks a lot
I really like you brad, but PLEASE dont spoil any fucking new movie in your reviews again. I know Star Trek came out a month ago in the states. But the release dates arent the same across the world for every movie. This movie only had premiere the 6th of june, in the part of europe i live. So please dont assume that all have seen the latest movie, just because most americans have. I hate writting such a bitchy open letter. But i just needed to vent my anger. I had looked forward to this movie a lot. And it just spoiled it a bit. | |
