Surprised there haven't been more Troma films, granted a lot of them are intentionally hilarious, but some genuinely try to be good horror and fail completely like Teenage Catgirls In Heat (god that film sucks). I think the only one he's done is Bloodsucking Freaks, and that's not technically a Troma film (well it is and it isn't...)

When James Rolfe reviewed Monster in the Closet for his 2010 Monster Madness series, I always wondered if the Snob might get to someday review it.

Okay, so this movie called THERE'S NOTHING OUT THERE came out on DVD from Troma in a 20th Anniversary Edition yesterday. This movie is considered the forerunner of Wes Craven's SCREAM in terms of self-referential horror movies. I will be looking for this one at my local video stores tomorrow or getting it off of Amazon.com. From what I have heard and seen of this movie, it looks like prime Snob material!

Perfect Troma movie would be" The First Turn On." from IMDB:
"A group of teenage summer campers and one counselor share the stories of their first sexual experiences when an avalanche traps them in a cave..."
I think it was one of Vincent D'Onofrio first films.

Dear lord. Given that this a Troma production, I'm almost scared to ask in what direction these "sexual experiences" go.

For some reason all I can think of is Lloyd Kaufman raping a yeti. I'm twisted.

I'd say the same for Angel Negro, I actually reviewed that myself in the first episode of a review show I used to do.

From what I remember there were a lot of raunchy scenes. There was a hand job scene, a three some, an orgy, a few normal sex scenes. One was a group of guys had a contest were they would all turn the lights off masturbate and whoever shot first wins.

There's also a Toxic Avenger Cartoon series, it's on DVD in OZ (and probably in US too) but it's probably boring as batshit considering it's rated G.

TOXIC CRUSADERS TOXIC CRUSADERS
How the hell can you call this ^ boring? Its a classic 90s saturday morning cartoon and it was awesome!
I had the Dog with the long tounge and the surfboard-with-rockets-and-wheels as actionfigures
