B4TM: The Revenge of Leslie Vernon

Since Brad & Josh like to occasionally highlight different independent films that are looking for funding, might I suggest that you guys mention Before The Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon in a future episode? I don't know what the general consensus is, but I thought Behind The Mask was a fucking awesome movie for its deconstruction of slasher tropes. I'm sure i'm not alone in hoping that they manage to get this production off the ground, maybe giving them a plug would help.

There was talk a while back of a possible sequel/prequel called "Before the Mask." That's probably what he's talking about.

Eh, the film was ultimately forgettable among the sea of straight to video horror films.

You're right in that it's not exactly the most memorable movie, but I enjoyed the movie anyway. I thought it was at least a better throwback to 80s slasher movies than that overhyped piece of crap Hatchet.
