You have roughly 3-4 discs worth of music there. It would be very easy to pull a "Tour of Duty" and release many volumes of soundtrack albums.

Definitely looking forward to the soundtrack judging from this list of songs.

While I like the choices of songs in the first three or four parts of the series, the last few songs in the last part feels very distant from the overall feel of the film. I think that the climax would sound better if it includes a song or two that conveys the "hard" level of the climax. My choice would be either "Click Click Boom" by Saliva or "Bodies" by Drowning Pool.
BTW and this is going to sound a little insane. Maybe my choice for the end credits song would be this little appropriate ditty about pimps and h**s!

Plus, now I know that the song "Moonlight Sonata" by Beethoven is best known now as the theme from 'Ask TGWTG!'

lol, to each his own, but I'd rather have someone perform an amateur surgery on my own heart than put rap, heavy metal, or any of todays top 40 in one of my flicks.

Will definetly have to make time to watch this now seeing as it has one of my favourite songs from my favourite band ever in it. Amazing soundtrack.

@Admin
If the idea of modern music in your films offend you, then I must apologize. Never again I want to mention any modern music on your site!

I love every song on that list! A lot of them, like OH GIRL by The Chi-Lites, I thought had almost completely faded into obscurity and LET IT RIDE by BTO is one of my all-time faves! I love how Brad has a near-encyclopedic knowledge of older music.

Hoo boy. YouTube playlist, here I come...
...tomorrow.
Very tired, but I was rewatching Hooker, and I wanted this soundtrack.
And I can't blame Brad for that sentiment. The only 'modern' music I'd want in a movie I made would be something someone made for me, personally. Though, I could think of a few exceptions. Oddly enough, all with older sensibilities. The Protomen, though a modern band, play like 80s rock and synth, Random raps a lot like the classics.
But I prefer instrumental for my scenes.
Still.
Must make a play list out of this.

I loved the movies, and have watched this series multiple times (which says a whole lot since there are DVD's in my collection that I've only seen once). I loved the music collection in the series, you definitely know what songs really capture the mood perfectly.

I gotta agree with Brad on that one too. Plus the classics give a better feel to his flicks then if he were to put some grundgy rap or shrieking heavy metal in them. Personally, in my opinion, there are few artists or bands that actually write a song to say something anymore. Just finished watching Hooker and awesome. I was hesitant at first, not really sure why after watching it.
