Michel Muller as "Momo" in Wasabi gets my vote. He almost steals the movie from Jean Reno from time to time.
Here is a scene from the movie. Momo's scene starts about 1:57 in. It's not his funniest moment, but I love the interplay between him and Reno. Oh, and try not to fall in love with Ryoko Hirosue.
