PostSubject: Inappropriate for kids?   Mon May 16, 2011 4:06 am

I've heard a lot of discussions on Radiodrome about what's appropriate to show children. Whenever this topic comes up, I'm reminded of Dream On. Anyone else remember this series? Because all I remember about it was it was like Muppet Babies, but with tits. I would've been 8-9 when it came out, and my dad had it on when we stayed up.

Muppet Babies with tits?

You know how Muppet Babies would use old movie clips? It'd do that, but then there'd be tits. I can only really remember one episode where the main character was playing strip poker, and another where he was sleeping with a woman who'd written a bad book. That's all I remember.

I barely remember this show since I've seen it when I was under 10 but forget what happens on the show now. Maybe I'll check through Torrents and hope it will bring back my earlier childhood memories.

Big fan. Brian Benben as Martin Tupper. Was pretty much the most adult shit I had ever seen when it came out. I have the box set of DVDs.

I was lost on the Muppet Baby thing at firsrt, but yeah, they show lots of old school clips, which I always thoguht would be difficult to put together back in the pre internet days.

GREAT SHOW.
