Is anyone playing TellTale's "Back to the Future" games?

So far, I'm enjoying them thoroughly and can't wait for Citizen Brown on Tuesday. A.J. Locascio actually does a fairly good job as Marty, and Christopher Lloyd still puts energy and fun into Doc's character. The rest of the actors do a decent job as well as their unique characters, though Biff's voice is a little off to me. The stories are inventive and like most of TellTale's episodic games, they all build up and up - and I can't wait to see where they take the story in the end.

The biggest problem is that even newcomers to the adventure genre can breeze through them with minimal use of any sort of hints. TellTale's games have usually been fairly easy, but I do wish they'd put a heavier difficulty curve on the game as they have proven to be a bit tougher in the past; though maybe they'll get tougher in later episodes. There will be 5 and the first two are out already. Regardless, the dialogue is funny, the stories are clever thus far, and I'd say they've captured the feeling of the films and the charm of the characters.

Actually, it's an episodic series of games not unlike the Sam and Max series.

I haven't played it yet, but judging from how much I enjoy Sam & Max as well as Back to the Future, it looks pretty awesome.

No. It's an adventure game, I.E. you solve puzzles and play through a story.

It's episodic and uses the same sales model TellTale has used for their excellent and fucking awesome Sam & Max and series. Basically, you buy the whole package for 34.00 and you are given each episode monthly without having to pay for each one individually. If you buy it now, since 2 episodes have already been released they won't make you wait a month for them obviously and if you buy it once the season is up you can play each episode. Each episode has a unique story, but they all intertwine to make a bigger story... which is actually a pretty good model for Back to the Future.

Like I said, they've been very fun so far. Easy and short, but the charm and story makes up for it. Episode 1 is good, episode 2 is even better. I can't wait for Episode 3 - it looks sweet and not to mention weird. I think my favourite character so far is 17 year old Doc Brown, especially in Episode 1 when you are trying to get him to build something for you - but tries to act like he isn't a scientist since his father doesn't know he is secretly working on science and would punish him for it since he wants Emmet to be a lawyer. I smiled at this line:

Young Doc Brown: I am NOT a scientist! If I were a scientist, I would know the answer to this question; so ask me, what does E equal?
Marty: ...Uhh... What does E Equal?
Young Doc Brown: Hell if I know!
