First, thanks for the info.

I was actually trying to get him to join us over here. I enjoy many of his thoughts on film. Even the ones I don't agree with.

I'm already registering to the forums because there were zero members when I got there, so hopefully I can show up there to support!

Hello, I am here. By the way, that is a great username... I Love the first 3 Trancers films (sorry but 4 and 5 sucked and lets just forget there is a 6). Hell, I even the Tracners comics from the late 80's.

Anyway, whats up? Thanks for lying about liking the show, it's nice... (sorry I don't take praise well)...

About chatting, I have no issues with chatting, I just don't have as much time as I would like to... and you would think that being unemployed would give me the time yet I have LESS free time now that I am out of work... odd huh????

Once I get a good camera I will have even less as I have 3 new shows coming... camera dependent.....

Welcome. I also adore the first three Trancers films. I can even stand 4 and 5 now, but only because of Tim's portrayal of Jack. Tim is a great guy and I will watch pretty much anything he is in. I had the honor of running Tim Thomerson.com for a few years and it was always a pleasure chatting with Tim by phone (the only way we ever communicated).

I honestly have been enjoying Radiodrome, but I am sure you will eventually screw it up somehow. I have a problem giving praise it would seem. Smile

Looking forward to future episodes. As a self described b-movie fanatic I am just glad there are more out there with the same interests than I originally thought. What's wrong with us anyway?

Thomerson is awesome, even in bad films, he is always "on".

I will screw it up somehow, I always manage to .

Brad and I have talked about many upcoming topics, but then we get sidetracked and we never get around to them... eventually we will deal with all the stuff we have planned out so far...

For another take on stuff, check out my other show Lost In The Static (plug, plug).... you might enjoy that too...

Great. Looking forward to all future episodes. If you ever have a Trancers centric episode (whether it be the movies, Tim Thomerson, or Full Moon/Empire Pictures) I would love to join in.

I don't know where Brad stands on the Trancers series, so it will be in the future for now...

Silly piece of trivia, but in Radiodrome episode 7 you mentioned John Carpenter as the writer of Black Moon Rising. This is of course how the movie was marketed, but it has remained a sore spot with Carpenter for years. In an interview with either Starlog or Fangoria (I can't remember, I'm old) he explained how he actually wrote a script called Black Moon Rising that was about, and I quote, "a bunch of vietnam vets blowing the hell out of everything". The studio bought it, through away the script, but kept the title and Carpenter's name.

You just have to love marketing.

Yeah, that plot is NOTHING like the movie I watched. The score also sounded like a Carpenter Score... I swore he did the score...

Josh, I am putting together a podcast (just recoreded the first episode) and was wondering if you would be willing to appear as a guest? The episode will be about movie soundtracks. You game?

I just have to figure out how to record Skype.

Download a free program called Pod Producer, it will allow Skype to recorded.

If you need, just e-mail me and I can help you get stuff up....

This seems like as good a place to post a question as any, so I'll shoot. I'm absolutely loving Radiodrome and Lost in the Static; even when I disagree with you, it's fun to listen. In either of the radio shows, are there plans to do a music episode? I know Scott did his talk about mashups, but between punk and movie soundtracks, your taste in music is much closer to mine.

(Plus, I sympathize with the plight of It Came from Beyond Midnight. As a horror host myself trying desperately to get off the ground, I agree that there's a lot more work involved that people think.)

Thanks for listening. We may do a music episode in the future, but it would most likely turn into a fight between Scott and myself, as we have completely different tastes in music.

About horror hosting, you are correct, people just assume that you get a camera, watch a movie and make puns, it's nothing like that, there is alot of work involved and even bad ones take so much effort that you have to respect them for trying.

There are some interesting Statics coming up, a 2 part episode on Porn with Bill Margold and Sunset Thomas, an interview with comic artist/writer Mike Grell, an interview with horror host Mr. Lobo and in April an interview with former KNB FX man Hank Carlson. On RadioDrome we have an interview with Film Threat creator and editor Chris Gore in 2 weeks.
