| While I have a decent listening palette (don't we all think we do), I enjoy listening to movie scores.
What are some of your favorites?
I'm a big fan of the following composers:
John Scott-Man On Fire, Anthony And Cleopatra, Greystoke, etc...
Frederic Talgorn-Heavy Metal 2000, Robotjox, Delta Force 2 (only the orchestral parts), Le Brasier, etc...
Basil Poledouris-Conan The Barbarian, Robocop, Cherry 2000, The Blue Lagoon, Quigley Down Under, etc...
Elmer Bernstein-The Great Escape, Spacehunter, Ghostbusters, Magnificent Seven, Hawaii, Heavy Metal (the original), Stripes, etc...

| My favorite movie score has always been the one to John Carpenter's "The Thing". |

| Those are a couple of good ones. I really dig Ennio Morricone's score for The Thing as well. John C's scores for his other films are pretty cool as well. |

| In my opinion, John Williams make the best scores including many from Spielberg! Name any movie and he has done it! |

His many Oscar nominations speak volumes about that. |
