I miss old beer commercials. One with mascots in them with catchy jingles. Some of my faves.

And one I can't stop laughing at.

That last Blue Ribbon commercial... Laughing
Is that a parody mixed with scenes from some movie??

I'm not very familiar with US-American beer commercials, neither old nor recent ones.
I have seen a few older ones (but also from other countries) more via TV shows around funny international commercials.

German beer commercials are pretty much always boring, because they center around showing young successful handsome men having their time of their life by drinking the product.

If you allow: I've found this old (around 1960?) commercial that not only praises a specific beer but German beer in general.
Let's me translate the narrator at the end for you:
The whole world loves fresh beer, because it is part of a better life. We have it. Beer. Thurst only gets nice with cool beer. Let's raise the glass!
