I finally got to watch the DVD since it's Eastern and there are extra days off (no, I don't have a big vacation).
I had good laughs but also really was a bit disgusted at what people might have thought what would be erotic to an audience. Damn, some directors and actors obviously don't give a f*ck. No wonder Brad is angry at "Bat Pussy".
And the other reviews? "Farmer's Daughter" might be sexier but is not less uncomfortable thanks to the rape, piss and incest additions.
"Nazi Love Island" looks like a bad copycat of "Ilsa" (depends on what came out first), but at least they seemed to get a top seller in the main role. But still, it looks silly, poor (do I see it right that the nazi camp/headquarters...is only this tent? ) and I hope the heroe's fiancée's spirit is happy that he bangs other women in his grief.
"Orgasmo Esotico" threw me completely off because this was obviously an Italian movie dubbed in German. It's one thing when Brad reviews German movies. But old erotic movies dubbed in German are especially creepy for me since the sounds are even more faked and since I'm interested in German voice actors and actresses I know that a lot of established ones (who also have done some work in childrens cartoons and such) started their career with such adult movies. CREEPY! And I also didn't really get what the story's supposed to tell me.
"Rites of Uranus" seems to be nothing but a movie made around a word play. Why not including all the planets somehow? Like doing rites of Mars and people get Mars candy bars stuck up their butt? But aside from that, it looked boring, even the actors looked bored and sometimes clueless (the "prayers" they spoke sounded improvised).
So I guess the most entertaining reviews are the first two, in my opinion.
The bonus material is fine. I love Brad riffing stuff and I definitely love having him riffing old childrens stuff. But since this is a DVD dealing with adult films, it's legitimate that the riff material is also not that family friendly.
I gotta admit that I found "Biker Beach Party" pretty boring. Motorcycles are cool and such, but there's just nothing happening. I didn't see a point.
"Cinderella's Love Lesson"...the only lesson I want to learn is the answer to my question: If Cinderella cleaned the window, would she clean the whole wall, too? Also...how old was the actress? Cinderella's not 45! And why did the prince edge away right before Cinderella's striptease?? More questions than lessons.
"Goldilocks goes glamorous"...yes, I guess I get 1950's erotisicm by watching this. Anyway, I'd rather see three people in bear customs swimming in that pool, that would look hilarious.
"Nude in the Window" is probably my favourite riff episode on this DVD even though there's not much going on but at least SOMETHING's going on and it's rather silly. So three more or less young women seduce a random guy with striptease and messages written on their panties. I enjoyed the moment when he arrived because he seemed pretty funny somehow. Who knows how the sex turned out? And who knows who else in the neighbourhood might have seen the whole show as well?
I didn't watch the trailers yet since I'm not interested in the "Atop the 4th wall" movie or in Doug's "The Force awakens". And I already know the trailer for Brad's "Nudies, Rudies & Crudies".
All in all, get the DVD if you haven't bought it yet. As I said, I had really good laughs and if Brad can't review movies like these online then you don't have another choice. But beware, it's really unerotic
