Chopping Mall, I mean the Snob could be confused because of a cameo from the two main characters from Eating Raoul (a Criterion released movie) appearing in this exploitation slasher.
Also Faster Pussycat Kill Kill would make a great episode.
Agreed on both counts, though considering that Paul Bartel and Mary Woronov were cornball exploitation superstars in their own right, there's not much to be confused about in regard to their cameos in 'Chopping Mall'. Both of them also cameoed together in 'Heartbeeps', but I don't remember if they were featured in the Snob review.
I am honestly kinda a newbie to exploitation, so I did not know that (okay I knew Paul directed Death Race 2000 which was good, not great in my opinion).

Personally I'd love to see Killer Nerd, for no other reason than the fact that I know Toby Radloff.

That is awesome. How do you know him, if you don't mind my asking? I have a major soft spot for the 'Killer Nerd' films, owing mostly to my soft spot for shot-on-VHS movies. Admittedly, the first one is kind of horrible but Toby single-handedly makes it enjoyable.
Similarly, I'd love to see him do 'Blood Diner', both because I freakin' love that movie and also because I know the screenwriter and star (the latter of whom wrote/directed 'Gross Out', which I tolerate considerably less).

The Snob should also review Carl Crew's "The Secret Life of Jeffrey Dahmer".

GHOST FEVER (1986) starring Sherman Hemsley. I rented this all the time as a kid. Sadly there's no DVD.

I kind of liked SHOCK WAVES. But if we're talking Nazi Zombie flicks, he should do OASIS OF THE ZOMBIES first. This site needs some Jess Franco!

really? i thought shock waves was horrible to be honest. but to each their own i guess. there's one called Seed People a really shitty film from (1992) i'd love to see him do. it's a Charles Band film. Sean here knows it well. i borrowed the VHS from a friend a few years back and it was a simply awful film.

MAC AND ME (1988)
Anyone suggest this one already? Nothing came up on the search engine. Brad has referenced it enough.
Bought the DVD at a thrift store. Watched it last night. Not great, but not one of the worst films ever like its reputation suggests. Watched the trailer with Ronald McDonald. He doesn't appear that much in the film. It could rival Colonel Saunder's cameo in HELL'S BLOODY DEVILS.
The dancing going on at the McDonalds restaurant was stupid as hell.

honestly growing up i did enjoy mac & me. i've seen it many times and enjoy it. now since i haven't seen it in many years i dunno how i'd feel about it now. to be fair, but i never got why people think it's soo bad of a film. i remember when it came out and as a kid it felt like it was a big hit, i don't remember if it was or not though.
in short a lot of people it felt like had seen it at least at school anyways. i dunno what they'd thought of it though. it always felt like a ET clone to me when it 1st came out cause that's what it is pretty much, but i never thought it was as good as ET. cause it's not at all. i would like Brad to snob it as well to be honest. there are plenty of films i loved as a kid and than as an adult i wonder why the hell i loved this or that film? thankfully a great number of them have stayed good but you are going to get in some films your mind changing on certain ones. so who knows what i'd think about it now?

It does have serious pacing issues, I'll grant you that. It's funny, you'd think Nazi Zombies would be a no-fail concept but I've never seen a movie that really pulled it off. Another Nazi-horror I'd love to see Snobbed is BLOOD CREEK, but sadly it's way past the cutoff date. (Shunted off by LionsGate, it plays out like your typical made-for-SyFy Channel/Asylum level garbage yet it's directed by Joel Schumacher and one of the stars was just coming off of a popular tv show at the time. (And the other two male leads have gone on to do big things since then). It's really bad, but also kind of fascinating considering the people involved.)

I can't believe R.O.T.O.R. hasn't been Snobbed. That one's begging for it.

I have no specific request for that but I do wish that Brad would review another one of these horrible, pathetic childrens' movies like "Fun in Balloon Land". Really, a childrens' movie where the makers didn't give a sh*t.

CLAWS (1977)
TV movie starring Jason Evers (THE BRAIN THAT WOULDN'T DIE). And look it actually has a bear in it. Supposedly this was retitled "GRIZZLY 2" in Canada and Mexico, but I've never seen anything to confirm that outside IMDb.

Rad, now that's a word i haven't heard in ages. it's nice to hear it again to be honest. you know i had forgotten how fucking bad that Silent Night Deadly night 4 truly was. damn i can't wait until he does the last one. i'm sorry i just can't stand the character Bad Grandma. i have nothing against Linkera at all. and my apologies if i spelled his name wrong. i just don't like the character that's all.

Actually, the name of the movie is "Coca - O Preço de uma vida" (Coke - The Price of a Life) and is the movie that Manos would have been if it was a crime thriller. This movie is a aborrent piece of trash and is THE worst Brazilian movie of all time (hands down, forget "The Tramps" movies, they're "Monty Python" compared to this). It's a REALLY obscure movie (was made in 1991), and is waiting for Snob like "Hands of Fate" waited for MST3K. I think it's in public domain and there's a scene of the movie on YouTube.
Isn't it beautiful?
P.S. : Yes, I am a ESL.

I didn't even know it went out of style. Seriously, I spent about a minute trying to figure out what word wildhoney66 was talking about because I just assumed his use of "Rad" was in earnest.

here in ohio, it was used in the 80 and some in the 90's. but i don't hear anyone around here using it. i'm not complaining about it don't worry. i used to say it as well. but i haven't in years. i keep hoping that break dancing would come back in style, not that i ever learned how to do it, i don't know how, i just like watching people do it that's all.

1stly sorry i meant the 80's anyways, i got a film for ya Brad. i just got done watching a really shitty John Carradine film called Curse of the Stone Hand' from (1964) it's one of Jerry Warren's films that Carradine appeared in. and what it really is is 2 films spliced into one. what's funny though is my Carradine book says it's 72 minutes. IMDB says it's 68 minutes. and my copy that i downloaded a couple years back is 58 minutes. 57 more so cause if you count the video logo and the blank screen you get at first.
in all honestly the 1st film that takes place for most of the film is the story 'the sucide club by Edgar Alan Poe. and it's not that bad of a film to be honest. it's well acted and directed too. even with the Jerry Warren footage it's not that bad. it's the 2nd film that brings the films down to shit. it's a terrible film that some say both of them you actually can watch as their own films outside of Jerry warren's hands. and from what i read on IMDB the review of this film that people give says those are great films. well before Jerry Warren touched them that is. well the 2nd
film he cut so much out of it and put his own footage in and you know, even without his footage he added in the film looked like it would have been a shitty film. the 1st one was made in i think (1946) the 2nd was a mexican film made in (1959) if Warren had just added his own material in the 1st film it depending on what was added may have helped the film. and i am thinking optimistic by the way. i liked the incredible petrified world by the way. only Jerry Warren film i've liked at all so far. and by the way. that's a Public Domain film i believe. so next time you want to do a film for a dvd release there's at least 1 film. and in that one it's totally written by jerry warren. and Carradine actually has a good part in it too.
